This course digs deeper into the scriptures to promote personal growth, helping us to resolve daily conflicts correctly.

I just started the course and it has already helped me transform my daily schedule of activities in knowing that as a leader I have to be organized in my daily life and accountable! I am living that out to the best of my ability. I have also learned how to not be offended and how to respond in healthy communication. Once you take this course you will never be the same!

I’ve done this course four times and even after the first time taking it, I knew it was something special! I never imagined back then that I would go on to coach it and lead my own group of amazing ladies! The first time I took the course, I was really asking God whether he saw me as a leader, whether he trusted me as a leader. I had a lot of heart healing in that first course over hurts from people in positions of leadership in my life and went from resisting the calling, to picking up the mantle and promising God that I would grow into it.

I have 2 weeks left in my second round. We are on week 14 of 16 and God has done more healing and growth work in me since starting round 1 Jan 16th (my round 2 started the day after round 1 finished) than in 20+ years of therapy!!!!

Even from the first time I went through RLA, it was transformative in so many ways. I loved the different perspective on scriptures that were given around money. The biggest breakthroughs came in big mindset changes. Patterns of thinking that had their roots in my childhood, and which I was totally unaware of, came into view and I was able to work through them with the Holy Spirit, break free and set out on new ways of thinking. Freedom big time!
