The decor of my house changes, the scent of my house changes, and the food I begin to prepare changes. I love the fall, the colors, the smells, and the California sunsets that cannot be beaten. Fall signifies change, and boy, oh boy… we have a lot of that going on around here.
If you had been paying attention, you would have seen and heard about our brand change. We are moving from two separate mentorship programs for men and women to one. With that change comes a brand change. We will officially be called Kingdom Alliance. This is not just a brand change. We are doing so many incredible things behind the scenes to uplevel this company, your user experience, and what we offer; it would make your head spin.
The big reveal for all we have been working on will happen in San Diego at Activate on October 11. There are so many announcements that day that you must BE THERE to get the complete picture. Looking back over the last few years, I am in awe of all the changes God has made in me personally. Those who have been here since the start have had a front-row seat to the evolution both the company and I have made. God has had me on a crash course of surrender, leadership training, discipleship training, and so much more. My hunger for Him has never been more intense. I do my best to take everything I am learning and pass it on to you, but the truth is, there is only so much that can be transferred. So much of what I have learned has been intimate and personal. There are things I don’t want to share or talk about with the world. But I will do my best to walk them out with my actions and decisions.
This next season we are entering feels like day one all over again in so many ways. But I have so much more knowledge, clarity, and authority this time. This clarity is already beginning to show in our marketing and positioning. As much as I felt I was ready and knew the path, I didn’t. As much as I thought the world was prepared for what we have and who we are, it wasn’t. But… Not only am I ready and crystal clear, but we are positioned to be the answer that thousands upon thousands are searching for, and the world is ready for us, too. It always amazes me how God places us on the path for his glory to shine, sometimes years in advance. If we don’t give up, if we don’t quit, and don’t get distracted, when His time is right, it all falls into place more perfectly than we could have ever dreamed.
Bobby and I have watched remarkable transformations over the last few years. We love you all and pray for you. We love our corporate team so much. These ladies have worked harder than you can imagine, and they love you all so much. This team truly cares about you.
As we exit one season and boldly walk into the next, I want you to know that it is about to get really fun, really fast! September is going to go by really fast, and you may begin to see some changes. I can assure you that you will FEEL the changes and the shift that is happening all month long.
As a corporate team, many of us are fasting every Tuesday for the entire month as we usher in the October 11 launch. We invite you to join us. We are praying for every person who will be attending Activate in San Diego, for their traveling, for the hotel staff, and for every vendor we work with. We pray for San Diego to have a wall of protection over it for our event, that our FREE worship concert would be heard far and wide, and that every person we see will have a mighty encounter with God.
